Gimmie-Five is a discovery and gratitude layer in front of Ko-fi. We let people share their story and find each other. Every actual payment happens on Ko-fi, under Ko-fi's own terms. We never touch your money.

What Gimmie-Five does

Hosts your public profile (avatar, name, story, Ko-fi link, goal).
Sends people to your Ko-fi page when they tap "Gimmie Five."
Listens for Ko-fi webhook events to confirm a real tip arrived, and rewards the giver with in-app points.
Surfaces newly-verified members and lets people thank each other.

What Gimmie-Five does not do

We do not collect, hold, or transmit any money. Funds move directly between giver and recipient through Ko-fi.
We do not guarantee that anyone will give to you, or that givers will give what they expect.
We do not mediate disputes about money — those go to Ko-fi.

Refunds

Because we never receive funds, we can't refund them. Refund and chargeback rules are set by Ko-fi and your payment provider.

Account conduct

By using Gimmie-Five you agree to:

Not impersonate another person, brand, or organization.
Not run scams, deceptive fundraisers, or fake causes.
Not harass, threaten, or target other users.
Not post illegal content, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or anything that violates applicable law.
Use a Ko-fi payout link that you actually control.

We may remove accounts, profiles, or content that violate these terms, with or without notice, especially when safety is at stake.

Your content

You keep ownership of your profile content (avatar, name, story, etc.). You grant Gimmie-Five a limited license to display that content publicly inside the app and on the website — that is, after all, the point.

Verification

"Email verified" means we sent a code to that address and you entered it. "Ko-fi connected" means you completed our webhook handshake on a Ko-fi account you control. Neither flag certifies anything about the person beyond that. Use your own judgement before giving.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 to use Gimmie-Five (or older where local law requires). If you're under the age of majority where you live, get a parent or guardian's permission first.

No warranty

Gimmie-Five is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We try to keep it running and bug-free, but we don't promise uninterrupted service. Don't rely on Gimmie-Five as your only income channel.

Limit of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, AI Ministries and the people who build Gimmie-Five are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Where law requires a cap, our total liability is limited to the greater of US$25 or the amount you've paid us (which is zero — Gimmie-Five is free).

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date above and post a notice in the app before the change takes effect.
